Our availability is always on a rolling basis. As folks finish the treatment process, we have availability for new clients. Please send us a quick message to determine availability.
Are there any requirements I have to meet?
Our clinicians are licensed in the State of Pennsylvania and in the District of Columbia. In order to be eligible for our services, your home address must be located in PA or DC.
Do you take Insurance?
At this time, we accept UPMC Commercial Health Plan, Highmark BCBS, United HealthCare, Optum Health, and Private Pay in the state of Pennsylvania. We are private-pay only in the District of Columbia. Beginning in 2024, the practice will transition entirely to private-pay only.
Will my health plan cover my services?
If you are utilizing your Health Insurance in Pennsylvania and Mazzotta Therapy LLC is in network, your insurance may cover some portion of your session. Please contact your insurer so that they may confirm your benefits.
If you are utilizing private-pay, you are responsible for your session fee. Some health plans may accept a Superbill for partial reimbursement of some services. Please reach our to your insurance carrier to confirm their coverage.
